Katharina Abderholden: I am a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee studying dance. I have been dancing since I was in middle school. I have been always inspired by the choreographer before me and Pina Bausch is a woman that has inspired me to test the social boundaries and to get to involved in the emotions and opinions of the spectator. My goal with this blog is to understand how Pina Bausch created movement and relate her techniques to the way that I choreography. I how that this blog will also be loaded with information that will perhaps inspire others in the same way that Pina has to me.
